Signature Activations
You have a space. You know your people. They just need a gentle nudge to get to know each other.
A signature activation just means that it’s a connection design classic.
We’re using simple event and facilitation starting structures to get conversations flowing.
You can also riff off of a signature activation and make it your own. We’re here for that.

Reach out to book a free exploratory call. Ideally we even meet in person at your space or a space that is the kind of place you’d like to host events.

My rates vary from project to project based on scope. After our initial conversation I will include my project rate in the proposal I send over. Trust that I very much am responsive and attentive to your budget and am happy to get creative on pricing where possible.

Yes! Here is an example of what initial Phase 1 can look like:
Example #1: A physical space with low clarity on what their community wants
A wellness space that offers various bodywork sessions wants to create more community between their patrons and the wider practitioner community in their local city. They aren’t exactly sure what their two communities want. We create a separate listening session for both their clientele and the practitioners in their network where the main goal is to understand how they want to be supported. For example, a 2-3 hour gathering of 7-10 people with broadly framed prompts that create space for authentic sharing and insight generation, followed up with a report on insights and sound bytes from the gathering that create the argument for what community / event structure to experiment with next.
Real Case Study: Before launching my own event space, I co-hosted three listening sessions with 5-8 participants that greatly impacted the direction of the space.
Example #2: An org (with no permanent space) with clarity on what their community wants
A women’s business networking organization hosts regular events and has continued to hear that the org members want a show and tell night where they get to actually share behind-the-curtain of their business operations. We host a collaborative event design session to create the structure for the event (optional: I support them with language to market the event). I act as event facilitator to ensure the best practices, values, and structure of the session are carried out. Post-event we debrief how it went and determine any potential next steps of repetition or remixing.
Real Case Study: Experience Institute hired me to create and produce their Leap Night Dinners where I helped onboard dinner hosts in cities across the country, streamline all of the marketing assets and internal communication, and facilitate the retrospective call where hosts digested their insights and made recommendations for future years.
